This spacious 1,700 sq ft 3 bedroom condo, located in the popular Silvertip Lodge, offers you ski in access. Stay in the summer time and use the tennis courts located just a stone's throw from your entrance for more summer fun. You will be greeted by a large open concept living and dining area just off the kitchen as you enter the condo. Walk out to your patio off the living room and enjoy meeting neighbors while having a BBQ or an apres gathering on the deck. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and patio with hot tub for your enjoyment as well as in suite laundry. The other two bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a queen bed in one and a double mattress bunk bed and futon in the other. The luxury designed kitchen area features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard/drawer space and is adjacent to the dining area that seats six or more. Silvertip Lodge is located on Olaus Way and is only approx. 100 yards to click your skis on and ski down the hill to the lift. Ski back for lunch and pop your skis off at the curb and you're basically home. There's in-suite laundry and heated parking garage for at least one vehicle (visitor spots usually vacant if you have more than one vehicle). Pets are permitted upon approval. MINIMUM STAY POLICY 4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom #1: Bunk Bed with double size mattress + futon Bedroom #2: King Bedroom #3: Queen IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions. Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. If applicable, a pet deposit is also required to be paid (50% of monthly rental rate). Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out. Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided. *Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full.
