The master suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a cozy gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin-over-double bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk. An additional hide-a-bed in the downstairs TV room provides extra sleeping space. There are three well-appointed bathrooms in total. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample cupboard space, and a breakfast bar, seamlessly flowing into the formal dining area. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a luxurious leather sofa and loveseat, a comfortable armchair with ottoman, and a gas fireplace for relaxing evenings. Additional amenities include a hot tub, BBQ, three decks with breathtaking views, a TV room, boot room, in-unit laundry, double garage, and plenty of storage for all your gear. Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
