This spacious four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates families and groups looking to enjoy everything Rossland has to offer. Three of the bedrooms feature luxurious King beds, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, making it an ideal setup for multiple families, couples, or friends traveling together.
After a day spent carving turns, exploring trails, or biking the mountain, return to your private slopeside sanctuary. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the alpine surroundings, gather around the living area to share stories from the day's adventures, or prepare a meal together in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second living area downstairs with a sectional and smart TV if the kids are looking to unwind with a movie. Plus, there is a ski storage and drying room with dedicated boot / glove dryers.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival, we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1,000 CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-in instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay; additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long-term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags are provided.
Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details.
