Whether you're here to ski, bike, hike, or simply relax in the alpine atmosphere, you’ll love being in the heart of all the action at RED Resort.
This bright and cozy loft-style condo sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The upper loft features a queen-sized bed, while the main living area includes a queen Murphy bed and a queen pull-out sofa, making it the perfect setup for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a mountain escape.
After a full day on the slopes, come home to a warm and inviting space complete with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or après-ski drinks. The open-concept layout offers a comfortable living area to unwind, reconnect, and recharge for another day of adventure.
With true ski-in/ski-out access and one of the best locations at the base of RED Mountain Resort, you can park the car and enjoy easy access to lifts, dining, trails, and all the activities the resort village has to offer.
Other features of this property include a shared lounge, bbq/patio area, workspace and gym. There is NO hot tub or sauna at this property.
1 Underground Parking spot provided, with guest parking located behind the building.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
