Studio in Lower Rossland available immediately for long term rental 950 per month - includes electricity - wifi additional. Shorter winter only terms negotiable This studio is a great use of space with the queen bed on a lofted platform giving the lower space for functional living. Lightly furnished with a queen bed, dresser, cozy armchair, small dining table, kitchen essentials, toaster oven, induction hot plate, Fridge and microwave. This unit does not have a full kitchen. Bathroom is beautifully done with floor to ceiling tile and a rain shower. Shed in the back to store bikes/skis and outdoor gear. Parking for 1 car. Driveway snow removal is included, but tenant is responsible for their walkways. Linens and towels not included. Best suited for 1 person, sorry, no pets.
