There is an additional bedroom down here, the owner uses this room, 2 to 3 nights a month and will know the schedule 1 month ahead. It is preferred that this arrangement stays, but it is negotiable. This room will remain locked. It's a shared entrance, but the upstairs area is not shared by the owner.
