Come stay in one of Red’s most spacious townhomes at Redstone Chalets. Located in Red Mountain Village, about an 8 minute walk to the run in ski boots. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 level home will meet all of your entertaining and vacation needs.
Sip a glass of wine from the hot tub with a view of Red Mountain or tuck into a good book by the fireplace. There is a 2 car garage so no clearing snow off your vehicle in the morning.
Downstairs, there is a large entry for all your boots, jackets and ski’s, plenty of storage, private laundry, a 3 piece bath with a shower and a bedroom with 2 double beds and a TV.
The main floor is open concept so you’re still part of the party when you’re cooking. Seating for all with a 6 seat dining table, a 4 seat breakfast nook and some bar seats on the island. Large living room with lots of comfy seating to play games, catch up with friends or catch a movie. Three decks and patio on either side of the house so you can get sunshine no matter where it is. Private hot tub off the back patio.
On the top floor, you’ll find a very generous master that has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, 3 piece ensuite with soaker tub and its own private deck to sip your coffee in peace. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with another private deck and the 4th bedroom has 2 double beds.
Pets are permitted upon approval. If approved, a pet fee of $20 night applies.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full. No taxes are charged on monthly rental amounts, for monthly rates, please call 250-362-5556 or email stay@mountaintownproperties.ca.
