The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE This require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (50% of monthly rental rate).
