The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE This require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (50% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required). Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
