Grey Wolf Cabins are a grouping of five beautiful luxury homes that offer a true “ski in – ski out” experience at Red Resort. Featuring the best location at Red, these homes are situated slope side at Red Mountain Resort. Centrally located too; enjoy just moments walk to Gypsy at Red Restaurant and Rafter’s Lounge at Red and everything the Red Resort base area has to offer.
This four story home has four bedrooms which will sleep a maximum of ten persons. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom three has two twin-over-double bunk beds, bedroom four has a single twin-over-double sleeping arrangement. There is also a hide-a-bed couch in the downstairs TV room. There are a total of three bathrooms.
The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample cupboard space with a breakfast bar and is also adjacent to the formal dining area. The living area features a luxurious leather couch and love seat along with a comfy easy chair with ottoman and a gas fireplace to keep cozy around.
Other amenities include a hot tub, BBQ, three decks to enjoy the views from, a TV room, a boot room, laundry, a double garage and plenty of storage.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full. No taxes are charged on monthly rental amounts, for monthly rates, please call 250-362-5556 or email stay@mountaintownproperties.ca.
