The entrance is a common space with a shared hallway, downstairs there is a bathroom, a laundry room, also a common space, but tenants are welcome to use it. Lots of room for storage down there as well. The upstairs remains completely private, with a lockable door. Because of scheduling, no notice will be given, but it is often for just the night, or the night and morning. The rent is discounted to reflect this arrangement.
