Cozy condo at the base of Red Mountain steps from the ski lifts! Convenient for those folks skiing with Big Red Cats, as their office, and Donnie's restaurant is right downstairs.
The condo itself is open concept kitchen, living, dining on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need . 4 seater dining table with extra seats at the bar and cozy living room with gas fireplace, pull out sofa for an extra bed if needed. Opens up to a deck with a BBQ and views of Red Mountain.
Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, the master has a King bed and work space, 3 piece ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk and 3 piece ensuite. Laundry upstairs as well. Ski locker in the building as well to keep your gear.
Sorry, no pets.
Minimum Stay Policy
4-night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3-night minimum winter high season and during the summer months, 2 nights minimum otherwise. If you see a 2-day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

Important Booking Information
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000 CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full.
