In-suite laundry and a large dining table make group gatherings easy, and the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas provide plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Centrally located within the base area of Red Mountain, The Lofts are a small cluster of townhomes that capture abundant natural sunlight and offer excellent mountain views. The living room features high vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a cozy gas fireplace with a stone hearth. Each townhouse has a private, secure single-car garage and spacious entryways for storing gear and equipment. Upstairs, the loft master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and a twin XL. The third bedroom features a queen-over-twin XL bunk bed. All bedrooms have new mattresses and linens, and the living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. A short five-minute walk takes you to the ski run or lift, making The Lofts a prime location for your mountain adventures. There are parking spaces included, sorry no pets. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom #1: Queen + XL Twin Bunk bed Bedroom #2: Queen + XL Twin Loft Bedroom #3: King Living Room - Sofabed IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions. Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
