The Konayuki House is our newest luxury rental right on the mountain.
You can ski in to this gorgeous 4 bedroom home and it is only a one minute walk from the door to the slopes, The Konayuki House was designed with every detail of your ski holiday in mind. And if your keen to stay during the beautiful summer months for some hiking or mountain biking, this place has air conditioning throughout, a rarity in this town!
The kitchen, living, dining and games area is a sweeping open concept great room, opening to a heated deck with BBQ and hot tub. Featuring two 2 master bedrooms, each with beautiful ensuite bathrooms and two more bedrooms with 7 twin beds, this home sleeps 11 people comfortably. There are four parking spots, one in the single car garage so you don’t have to clean your car off in the mornings and to keep your gear secure and three parking spots in the driveway.
As you arrive to the lower level, you’re greeted with a large single car garage to keep your bikes and ski’s safe and large mudroom with 5 oversized lockers to store your gear and benches to take your boots off. You’ll also find a bunk room sleeping 5 in custom teak bunks big enough for adults if needed, bean bag chairs, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave and wet bar. The attached ensuite is a full bath, with walk in shower and double vanity.
Upstairs on the main floor is fully open concept, with views of Red, Granite and open views to the east. Custom teak furniture throughout. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Fully outfitted with everything you’ll need, a 5 burner gas top, Kuerig coffee maker, Instapot, Ninja blender and top of the line cook wear. Bar seating at the island for 6 and a large dining table for 6 or 8 is perfect for entertaining. The living room opens to a large heated deck with a BBQ, has cozy leather couches, and 2 loungers by the fireplace to relax after a day skiing. A separate gaming table for 6 to keep your puzzles and games off the kitchen table. You'll also find a large laundry room, pocket bath with storage as well.
Upstairs on the top floor you’ll find the 2 master bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with two Twin beds. The first bedroom is south facing with full views of Red to take in the sunset, a King bed, chaise lounge and a smart TV to relax away from the group. The ensuite attached has a large fully tiled walk in rain shower and double vanity. Full walk in closet as well. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, where you can see the top of Granite as you wake up, has a walk in closet with a view and a full ensuite with tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a full ensuite with a soaker tub.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full. No taxes are charged on monthly rental amounts, for monthly rates, please call 250-362-5556 or email stay@mountaintownproperties.ca.

Loved this place!
Kitchen has everything and more, tons of space and beds to spread out with a couple families. Mountain Town were great to deal with and prompt. Would stay again
