Location Location Location ! Just mere steps from the slopes at RED Resort, enjoy your new home away from home with this cozy 2 bedroom condo. It is perfect for a group of 4 and offers you a comfortable open concept living and dining area for visiting and entertaining. You can walk out the patio doors for an evening stroll or a short walk to the lifts.
A very nicely appointed suite with many after-market updates. Solid wood doors, wood floors, granite counters, well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and stemware. Living room is very cozy with fireplace and TV. Private secure and reliable internet is included in the home. You can open the french doors off the living room to access your patio area.
A very pleasant and cozy suite: the kitchen, living room, powder room is all on the main floor, with access to a large patio to the great outdoors with fresh mountain air. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with heated tile floors, large Jacuzzi tub and shower, laundry, soaps and shampoos. Linens and bedding is provided. This home is great for entertaining with the open concept living and dining area.
The lobby in Red Robs has a shuffleboard and ski lockers (ski to within 60ft of your locker!). Flat, easy walk to Red Mountain Resort’s day lodge about 100m (2 minutes or so (in a snow storm). 1 underground parking spot

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to changes in BC Government legislation, the period defined as a short term rental will be 27 DAYS OR LESS as of MAY 1, 2024. The rates below do not include tax. Taxes of 5% (GST), 8% (PST) and 3% (MRDT) are only charged on short term rentals. If booking more than 4 weeks from arrival, a 25% deposit is required for confirmation. If booking less than 30 days to arrival, then payment is due in full. No taxes are charged on monthly rental amounts, for monthly rates, please call 250-362-5556 or email stay@mountaintownproperties.ca.
